Cancelation Policy

WIth every professional business there is a serious side. Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate how I can bring you the best salon experience.

Your appointment is very important to me. It is selected and reserved especially for you. I do understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary and respectfully request 24-48 hours notice for cancellation.

Strict and enforced 24 hour cancellation policy.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice that I miss the opportunity to fill that time. This results in clients on the wait list missing the opportunity to receive a service.

Please note that you will be charged 50% of your service with a 24 hour notice. All last minute cancellations will require a full payment of service.

I do understand that emergencies happen and I am happy to work with you. As always, I appreciate your continued support and understanding.

There’s nothing better than seeing a selfie of someone, who’s hair I did, that exudes self love and acceptance. We are often too hard on ourselves but I believe it’s special when we can take a photo of ourselves and feel good about it. I would like to believe that if my craft has lent itself to anyone in making them feel good about themselves, then I’ve done my job correctly!
